Back from a lil’ Summer vacation…
July 2008
Yeah yeah, I know I’ve been slow on the updates recently, but even a professional monger webmaster needs to take a vacation once in a while. (any guesses on where this monger spent vacation? haha) No worries though, we’re back on track this month with plenty of good, juicy stuff. First, a hats off to the guys over at the AngelesBars.com website. They have fully renovated and refurbished what was for a long time a defunct looking website (with a great domain name). It has been updated both in looks and in content, to include almost the entire listing on Angeles City’s bars, along with pictures and links to each of their websites. Well done.
Now for the monthly updates: This month’s photo album is another batch of Tezza’s Titty pics for your salivating pleasure. And July’s ACFP Girl of the Month is the small & cute (and blond?) Mariane of Blue Nile Club. Waahooo!
Next, a couple of “not-so-new” news items that I failed to mention in the past few months:
- Dave Fisher steps away from AC after 13 years
"All good things must come to an end. So it is said and so it is done. Yesterday I concluded brief discussions with Derek from Angelwitch and he has purchased the Kokomo’s Group. It has been a hell of a roller coaster ride for the last 13 years. High spots, low spots, but never dull spots. I’ve made hundreds of friends and thousands of acquaintances. My most sincere thanks to all of you who have made this so much fun. It has, quite literally, been the ride of a lifetime. I’m so blessed to have had the opportunity take the trip – even if I was past the half century mark when it started. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat!" - quote from Angeles2.com
- Opening of new bars Tropix and Crystal Palace
Both already boast impressive new websites, with early reports of stunners abound!
- Subic Expressway Opens!
Yes, I know, this is terribly out-of-date info but it’s still worth mentioning. For those of you like me who love a side-trip to Subic whilst staying in AC, this makes the trip sooooooo much easier. Now it’s a smooth 30 minutes instead of that horrible, ass-chafing 3.5 hour ride of the past. Lots of new stuff going on in Subic with great places like Blue Rock, and Treasure Island resorts as well as the newly opened, grandiose Wild Orchid Beach Resort.
That’s it for now fellers, I hope you’re all enjoying your Summers home alone in front of your computers whacking off to hot Filipinas and dreaming of the day you’ll make it there yourselves. I know that’s what I’d be doing if I wasn’t just there for three weeks, haha suckas!
