This news is about a week old or more, but the popular Roadies Bar way down on Perimeter Road has been sold to the owners of Body Shop and the soon-to-be clubs  Car Wash and Shooterz.  (down on the end of lower Fields by McDonald’s)

It will remain to be seen how the new ownership runs things, but from what I am told, they will be making a concentrated effort to exclude the “fatties and jolli-bellies” from their line-ups.  We shall see.   With the two new clubs positioned near Micky-D’s that might be a tall order to uphold.
