Ahhh, good ol’ “Blow Row”. It sure has changed a lot in the past 10 years, (with the paved concrete, construction of a few big hotels) but there are still a handful of the old-style, open-air, patio-type bars hanging on for dear life; and still doing their famous thing. And that thing is eagerly blowing foreigners 24/7, 365 days a year. Any time—-day or night—-Santos is the place to visit if you’re feeling a little “backed up”.

Some of my favorite “air-start” joints on Santos Street are Black Pearl, Honky Tonk and Flaming Bar.
