Skytrax Disco has long been a place of controversy among regular ACgoers.  It always stuck out from the rest of the clubs and bars on Fields because it was primarily a Filipino hangout.  Lots of young wannabe “thug” types local kids, loud blaring hip-hop music, and regular knife-wielding, bottle-smashing brawls that would make most UFC matches look tame.

Plenty of foreigners have found themselves getting into trouble there over the years, but there are still plenty that like going in.  Many of the bargirls will go there after shift or on their nights off.  Whether it be to drink and dance with friends, or to hook up with one of the local critters (as if they didn’t have enough sex already at work), you will always see and hear about bargirls hanging out there.

I personally have never set foot inside the place; at least not that I can remember anyway.  There have been many long drunken nights in AC for which entire blocks of time are unaccounted for in my memory.  I’ve always just heeded the warnings and considered it “their territory”.  I was just fine enjoying the other 100 bars, thank you very much.

Nevertheless, plenty of guys I know love the place and say it’s great for taking your barfines to for late-night partying, or even going stag and having the possibility of scoring some “strange”.  Off-duty bargirls + alcohol + dancing = many possibilities.

But therein lies one of the risks:  The local hoods have to see foreigners parading around everywhere with their women in AC all of the time.  So one could appreciate how they may like having at least some places where foreigners aren’t waving their pesos around like the Pied Piper of Hamlin.  Mix that jealousy and bitterness factor in with alcohol, mob mentality and gangsta rap music and you have a recipe for trouble.

Despite all of that, the white guy in this video seems to be doing okay, (sunglasses indoors notwithstanding) and he films some pretty cute babes in the process.

Hey, don’t laugh, that’s what they titled this video as.  Now, while we all appreciate the lively clip Angeles City from FieldsAvenue.info (nice site by the way), I am a little confused by the title.

I don’t know if it’s my shitty eye-sight, irregular tastes or the mediocre video quality—–but guys, exactly which one is the “cutie” and which one is the “ugly”?  Either one would get the 6” white pencil from this blogger.  The Mongering Gods know I’ve done A LOT worse on many a drunken night on Fields, haha.

This Sunday, starting at 12 noon, Kokomoz will host another pool party with girls from 8 different bars in attendance.  The entrance fee is 1000 pesos, and includes all-u-can-eat buffet and all-u-can-drink local drinks, music, fun and games with a pool full of wet girls.  I like pool parties.  Have I ever mentioned that?

Nice little video from that same Japanese fellow on YouTube.  He really does a nice job with the way he films the girls and integrates the music into his clips.  Not sure how you say “well done” in Japanese, but I would tell him so.  In this particular vid, he shows us what a “Wednesday Night Body Painting” Session in Dollhouse Club looks like.  Check it out.

On January 3^rd, the Casi Cielo Bar had a pool party at Kokomoz.  I was told they had a “Dirty Dancing” contest in which Emma won first prize and 1000 pesos.  (she is holding the basketball in the picture below)  I’m not sure what that contest entailed exactly, but it definitely sounds good.  I have stories from past Kokomoz pool parties that would make sailors blush.  I have no doubt that the Casi Cielo girls put on a great show for everyone in attendance.  Check out some of the pics by clicking here.

Nice video here by some Japanese fellow.  It’s from this past Christmas according to the title.  There’s a few hot babes in there that caught my eye.  But the thing is, I just can’t figure out which club it is filmed in.  There are so many new clubs in AC these days, I simply was not able to hit all of them last trip.  Any of you guys know which club this is?

As we get closer to the end of 2009, here’s some visual stimulation for you to get excited about your next trip.  A lil’ booty shakin’ at the Crystal Palace Club.  This was actually the first club I took the Cherry Boys into last trip.  I still remember when it used to be the Pick-Up Disco Club.  Still looks similar inside, with the centrally located stage and its upper levels.  Anyway, enough of my reminiscing, check out the vid:

Hope everyone’s having a nice holiday season so far.  There are so many Christmas and New Year’s events going on in town it’s not even funny.  Just about every big club group and hotel is throwing some kind of promotion or holiday bash.  Contrary to what some might think, this is a great time of year to be in Angeles.  Yes, some girls do travel home to their provinces, but there is never a shortage of companions for you.  (unless you are SUPER picky)   Club Asia is having it’s “First 100 Days” celebration on Monday, January 4^th starting at 7pm.  They’ll have special dance shows, prize give-aways and 100peso ladies drinks (that’s a bargain these days, heh)

A perennial favorite of mine, the Brown Sugar bar is one of the more successful clubs in AC.  (At least in terms of survivability—–it has been around since at least my first trip seven years ago)  I think I’ve only barfined a handful of girls out of there over the years, but I always remember having fun just about every time I went in; not unlike the guys in this lil’ video clip are doing.  (courtesy CherryBuster)
