It’s nice to see our friend Dru evolving into a more experienced Angeles City monger each day on YouTube.   On Day 46, he attends a “Banana Show” at Pony Tails Bar with one of his “friends”.  While I’m not sure about the whole “bringin-sand-to-da-beach” method, his choice of company was particularly beautiful.  (I think it was the same girl I commented on previously)

On Day 49, he meets up with a longtime AC monger named Evan, a.k.a “Kabayo” on the message boards.  I’ve known Kabayo for quite a few years now, and if you are ever in need of some hardcore barhopping tutelage, he is definitely a good choice.  He takes his barhopping and barfining VERY seriously, as I’m sure Dru can now attest to himself.

There have been a slew of new bar additions in AC since my last trip and I made it a point to try and hit all of them while I was there.  One of the ones I wanted to check out was Pony Tails.  I had seen some pics of the place on some of the message boards over the past few months, and I gotta admit, the assless chaps were a big selling point for me.  It’s located right about where Fields Ave turns into Perimeter Road (does anyone really know exactly where that is?).  I stopped there my last night in town and had a pleasant time.  It has a nice layout with a centrally located stage and seats all around it to view the dancers.  Here’s a video I found online from a few months ago to give you the idea:

This place has been open for a few weeks now, but that’s still new in AC if you haven’t been there since then.  Located where the old Crazy Horse Saloon used to be, is a new bar by the name of Pony Tails.  As you can imagine, they have a Western style theme going on, complete with “assless chaps” for costumes (which I happen to love).   There’s just something enticing about a pair of pants that covers everything but a girls ass-cheeks.   Yummy looking.  For more pics of the Pony Tails line-up and the exact location, check out Asian Escapades’ page on them.
