If you’re gearing up for a big Labor Day weekend in AC this week, consider putting these events on your party agenda.

Starting off in One-Eyed Wench on Saturday night at 6pm, a 5+ hour “Pub Crawl” that will see stops in Treasure Island and Lollipop as well.  Reduced drink prices and finger food will be available at all three venues throughout the crawl.

On Sunday, they’ll have a Balloon Party with prizes going on in T.I. all day, and drink specials in Lollipop from 6pm onward.

Monday’s offerings are 2-for-1 customer drinks from 6pm to 9pm in both bars.

Sounds like a “labor-intensive” amount of drinking to help celebrate the holiday.

A great celebration for a great bar.  What Treasure Island lacked in size, it always made up for in fun.  I have many great memories of this lil’ bar over the years.

Beginning on Saturday April 24, 2010 at 1PM – TI will hold its12th Anniversary Balloon Party.  With every ladies drink purchased, all weekend long, you’ll get to pop a balloon for a FREE prize each and every time—-even if it’s at a reduced special event or Happy Hour price.

The Balloon Event continues through the Special 12th Anniversary Doghouse Aftermath Party and throughout the day Sunday, where you’ll enjoy Treasure Island’s “NEWLY REDUCED” Happy Hour prices.

On Sunday evening, join them for their once in a lifetime Treasure Island 12th Anniversary “Buccaneer Babe Beauty Pageant”.  The event will feature special drink prices, FREE food, surprise judges, and the crowning of TI’s Special 2010 Buccaneer Babe.  A bar that small fills up fast, so get there as early as possible.

Starting this month, Treasure Island and Lollipop Bars are offering their loyal customers a “Diamond Ladies Drink Card”.  It’s just like the loyalty cards you get from coffee shops and the like back home.

The deal is simple:  Buy 12 Diamond Ladies Drinks, in either of the 2 bars, and get the 13^th one FREE.  No small print, no exemptions.  While I’m not one to buy a shit-load of LD’s, I could see how this would be a nice little incentive on one of my longer stays in town.   Stop by either of the bars to pick up your own card.

I know all of these “December” updates are coming super late in the month, but I need to get them up here anyway.  I’m making “Candy Bar” my December Club of the Month this month because I spent a lot of time in there last trip.  It was my first visit to Candy Bar since they opened and I liked it a lot.  It reminded me a lot of the old Treasure Island down on Fields from a few years back.  Could have something to do with Troy being the owner, I don’t know.  But it was a great atmosphere with a great line-up and several raunchy ass girls who like grabbing your cock under the table.  It’s located up on Perimeter just a few doors past the Phoenix Hotel.  It’s right next to Willie Pig’s restaurant so if you’re hungry you can order food right from your barstool in Candy.  The serving sizes you get from Willie Pig’s make for a great value.  Oh, and the food tasted good too.

There were several girls in Candy worth mentioning.  A young and sexy lass named “Candice” is one to call upon, as is an older “MILF” who’s name escapes me.  I was told by Troy that she is one of the highest earners in the place.  You know what that means, right?  What she might lack in the age and looks departments, she more than makes up for with mad skills!  If you don’t know what that means, I can’t help you.  Troy is a super hands-on owner, and Scott (ACHockeyFan on PIatNight) is a great manager who is always more than happy to shoot the shit with you and tell you whatever you want to know about the girls in their line-up.  Candy Bar is a must-stop on every barhop and I know I for one will be back again and again.  Check out some pics from the bar in the album below:
