When I first started watching this and heard the opening music, I was like “Huh?”.  But then as it went along—–as corny as it may sound—–I was like, “Hmmm, yeah, this works.”   Don’t we all feel like “The Man of Steel” once we hit AC?

Just goes to show AC is for everyone.  Anyone speak Serbian and know what these guys were shouting?  Probably just their variation of “whats up!” or something.  Insomnia was actually the first club in town I ever set foot in on my “cherry trip” back in ’02.

Here’s a recent video someone posted of the newly opened Phillies Sports Bar & Grill on the prime corner of Fields & Raymond Street where Subdelicious (and Jadecool) once were.  You can never tell that much from watching a short video, but the food and interior looks drastically different from Sub-Deli’s.  Have to check it out on my next trip through.

This is what I call the “AC Shuffle”.  We’ve all seen it; especially in the bigger bars with 100 girls on-stage.  A “dancer” will just stand there and sway side-to-side, with the most disinterested look ever.  Yeah, I know they work long hours and it must get repetitive, but still….show a LITTLE bit of enthusiasm, haha.
